Spire has two susbsidiaries. The first is Spire Technologies (Taiwan) Limited, and the other is Apogee Test Pte Ltd.

Spire Taiwan
Spire Technologies, Taiwan is a subsidiary of Spire Technologies Pte Ltd. It was incorporated in 1998 to bring Spire's products and services closer to our customers in Taiwan. The registered office of the company is located in HsinChu Taiwan.

Spire Taiwan distributes the same products as Spire Singapore, namely, Wells-CTi's burn-in sockets, Meritec's interconnects and CAIG's specialised chemicals and cleaners. We have built up an effective indigenious team over the last two years that is capable of making Spire among one of the top suppliers to the Semiconductor and Electronics industry in Taiwan.

In early 1999, Spire established Probe Card manufacturing capabilities in Taiwan. Today, it is among one of the best equipped probe card manufacturing facilities in Taiwan with experienced and competent technical staff, whose experience adds up to more than 20 years in the probe card industry. Spire feels strongly about the Taiwanese market and the goal is to be a key player and preferred vendor to the fast growing Semiconductor and Electronics industry in Taiwan.
