Improving and expanding our products and services to address the latest demands by customers is a never ending challenge. However, challenges mean fun and we are still having fun. We have weathered the ups and downs of the industry and the fact we are still here, is in itself, a testimony to our dedication to our area of expertise. We are a manufacturer, distributor, and service provider of products and services all related to semiconductor test. Our focus will remain on semiconductor test as we believe you have to specialize to be the best. On some tester platforms, we are able to handle the total test solution from hardware to software. If you have a test requirement, we have a product or service for you. If you don’t have a testing requirement, then we are part of a bigger group, Dragon Group International.
